Policies
Payments and refunds
- Fees are quoted and invoiced in US dollars and payable by the methods stated on the invoice. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page and are never stored by the firm.
- Charges appear on card statements as MADDEN MANAGEMENT.
- Fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Any prepaid amount for work not yet started is refunded in full on request within 30 days of payment.
- Billing questions or disputed charges: use the contact form and include the invoice number. Answered within two business days.
Cancellation
- Either party may end an engagement by written notice; email is sufficient. Only work completed to the date of notice is billed. The firm sells no subscriptions or auto-renewing plans.
Privacy
- This site runs no analytics or tracking of its own. The contact form is provided by our CRM platform and may set cookies needed for the form to work.
- The firm keeps only what you send it (name, email, company, project details) to scope, deliver, and invoice the work. It is not sold or shared, except with providers needed to deliver the engagement, such as Stripe for payment.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy.
- Use the contact form to see or delete the information held about you.
